Skills Transfer Program
The skills transfer program is specifically designed to equip your existing staff with required skills so that they can be better utilised. This is done by providing our best consultants to work with your staff on projects. During the project, our consultants will act as mentors who will help your staff at every step. At the end of the project, we will provide a complete capability chart showing what skills have been transfered and any gaps that are yet to be covered. A training plan will be provided that describes how we can close the gap so that your staff are completely independant of our consulting services.
If we do not feel that the project deadline can be met with your current staff, our consultants will focus their energy on completing the project on time and within the allocated budget so that the immediate threat has been neutralised. Dewlock will provide all the necessary training and documentation during the project hand-over phase. Any future requirements can be completed by internal staff.
Furthermore, all staff undergoing a skills transfer will be required to complete an online examination which will test the candidate to ensure that they have retained the skills. We can have other staff complete the exam to ensure that there is adequate coverage across your resource pool. A complete report will be provided to the manager showing the strengths and weaknesses of each staff. If you do not have the permanent resources and require additional staff, Dewlock will work closely with your preferred agency to supply and train the appropriate resource for your organisation.
